Welcome to Year 6
We have two classes in Year 6:
- Birch – Mrs Gurunathan Sankaran (Class Teacher) and Miss Donohue (Teaching Assistant)
- Elm – Miss Patrick (Class Teacher) and Miss Akhtar (Teaching Assistant)
Mrs S Shah (Teaching Assistant) works across all of Year 6
This year is an incredibly important year for all of us as we focus on our KS2 SATs. We enjoy learning through a cross curricular approach which helps us to improve our inference & deduction skills as well as writing in a range of interesting styles. A lot of the learning in our Maths is through reasoning activities as well as past SATs style questions.
